Alter Chips - After activating the Level Select code (press A 8 times, B 4 times, and right 16 times on the second controller on the title screen), Up and Down can be pressed on the second controller in game to increase or reduce the amount of chips the player has. Unlike the cheat to swap health for chips, this does not affect health, can be done on any stage, and the game does not have to be paused (in fact, it does NOT work while the game is paused).

Increase/decrease life bar or chips in boss battles - While in a boss battle, press start and press up or down on the D-Pad to increase or decrease your life bar or chips./i>

Level Select - At the title screen, press A 8 times, B 4 times and Right 16 times on the 2nd controller. Start your game and when the "Round 1 Start" message appears, press up or down on the 1st controller to select stages.

Level Skip - After activating the Level Select code (press A 8 times, B 4 times, and right 16 times on the second controller on the title screen), the A button can be pressed on the second controller in game to automatically clear the stage.
